Read onlyTitle was manually changed a month and a half ago, and is killing my SEO. I've had this title for 6 months prior. During our busiest season of our product this has been changed. It seems suspicious. Amazon adjusted this without notifying me. I submitted for this case to be reviewed and adjusted back. No help at all from the support bots. The backend still shows the original title, front end shows missing brand name, picked a part previous title, and some of my product description in the title.
1st attempt was stated that my limit on the title was only 150 characters and not the original 200. Which none of my competitors apparently have to abide by. All, myself included, of us in competition have 190-200 character titles.
2nd attempt it was that there was repeated words in the title. Again, my competitors are not held to the same standard. So they dropped the notion that its over the character limit and have stated this not. I've have provided examplye ASINs describing this. I should not be held to a different standard than my competitors.
I have refrenced the support case, and you'll see multiple attempts to resolve, and change in an answer for why my title will not be adjusted and my examples of my competitors without the same standards.

So, here's something that you'll learn as a seller on Amazon....you have to follow the rules/guidelines -- even if all the other sellers in your category don't. So, instead of pointing fingers at your competitors, look at Amazon's title policies and make the best title within their policy.
