FBA is a money pit for sellers. Amazon charges so many fees and basically takes almost 50% of sales in fees!

FBA orders are the biggest customer complaints; missing items, broken items, late delivery, wrong items, etc.

All the returns are FBA orders but sellers take the hit, NOT Amazon.

FBA may deliver faster, but that doesn't mean much if the orders are damaged, lost, late, etc. as stated earlier.

Customer service is key and that doesn't mean just giving away free stuff and refunding buyers who are simply scamming the system.

yes we converted to FBA, sent inventory and sure enough, even the high selling items became slow selling and now even not selling and stuck with Amazon. Now Amazon charges the fees so much so that for past one year we are paying Amazon for the storage and huge removal costs. Its a shame, Amazon knows how to destroy the livelihood of good sellers.

Its not that there is no demand, but we see similar designs colors from other sellers or may be Amazon itself popup on the top pages and we are no where to be found. So in a way, storage fees has become revenue maker for Amazon. No help, no support.
