Unable to change variation theme despite successful file upload
Variation Theme Mismatch – Case ID: 17939091171
I contacted Amazon Seller Support to verify the variation theme for a product batch with Batch ID: 359074020270. The support agent confirmed that the variation theme tied to this batch is Size-Scent.
However, on the live product detail page, the variation theme appears as Size-Name instead, which is inconsistent with the batch file data. When I asked for clarification, the support couldn't fully explain the mismatch but asked about the original variation theme before the feed file upload. I clarified that the original theme was Size-Scent, and I deleted the previous variation because one of the scent options was not displaying properly
I'm raising this issue here to understand:
Why is the live variation theme showing as Size-Name when the batch upload was set as Size-Scent?
i need to make sure that it will display as size-scent
