Changing attribute values

Can someone tell me how to update the attributes highlighted in yellow? I am the brand owner. These values (blurred out) next to the bold attributes are incorrect. Some of them can be changed in seller central, some cannot. I have contacted seller support many times in an effort to change them but as always nobody knows how to do anything.

if you have a VC account, some attributes might be found there.

They tried to fix it and now they made it worse. There are now more attributes that are incorrect. How are we supposed to run a business on Amazon if we don't have control over our own products listing. It is so difficult to manage the listings as the information keeps changing without the brand owner knowing.

I have to take the listing down temporarily until it is resolved. I wanted launch other products on Amazon but since there is no control over the product page I am hesitant to move forward with new products.

Now other attributes have changed and are incorrect on other ASINs. I have two more cases open to resolve them.

I've reviewed your request, and see that case 15909198961 was processed a few hours ago in which the request has been addressed, and the update was made to update the "Motherboard Compatibility" attribute for ASIN B07WXK38YM. Please allow up to 48 hours for the changes to reflect on the detail page.

For case 15890068791, it is currently open and being processed by the team. Please allow them some time to review and make the requested updates to ASIN B08VSDCQM2.

They keep replying to the case and tell me to update this in Seller Central. But these attributes are not in Seller Central or in the excell file template.
