I've been dealing with an issue for the past four months, and I'm hoping someone here might have some insights or advice. Since December 2024, my new listings have not been available to international customers.
I opened a case with seller support (Case ID: 16902099881) on December 24, 2024, but I keep getting the same response:
*"We understand you expect a quick resolution, but kindly allow some more time for our team to complete the review and get back to you. We assure you that we are working on your case."*
It's been four months now with no real progress, and it's becoming really frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looking at the Seller-fulfilled Export FAQ, there was a policy change in 2022 that affects international sales. Under "Why are my products restricted from international shipping?", it explains that Amazon now actively reviews products for compliance with international trade rules and regulations.
Here's what you could try:
First, check which of your products are affected by downloading the Seller-fulfilled Exports Eligibility Report. You'll find this under Inventory Reports. The help page mentions this specifically under the "Which of my products are impacted?" section.
If you find that some products seem incorrectly restricted, the help page suggests a few options under "How can I make my products compliant?":
I know you've already been working with support, but having the Eligibility Report information in hand might help move things along more quickly.
