Manage source cost - Jewelry Catagory
The price of gold has increased 30% in the past 60 days and the price of silver has increase 100% in the past 60 days and there are tariffs on top of that for products imported from other countries, but when we are trying to increase our source cost by even 10% the system is denying our cost price increase. Everyone in the jewelry category will need to increase the source cost for there products between 30% - 100% but we are not able to. Amazon representatives reading this post please help the jewelry category increase there source cost or guide us who we can reach out to for this?

Open a case explaining the issue and it is rejecting your cost increases.
I had a similar issue selling boutique handmade items from a 200 year old company in the UK. The case has been escalated and pending Amazon, but they did at least look into it.

This has been the case since this "sourcing cost" scheme began. Its nothing but a scam. We and I'm guessing you do to, have "sourcing costs" that are below the intrinsic value of the metal in the item.
I opened numerous cases waste of time.
These "sourcing costs" are nothing more than ceiling numbers.
Amazon actually thinks they can source fine gold or silver jewelry for less than the cost of gold.
I think part of the problem may be the Chinese 14K gold that is not gold, but gold plated and comparing prices of real gold to that.
They claim they have found similar items on other sites for their claimed sourcing cost, but refuse to even give one example. Why? Because they haven't.
