I was wondering, our OTDR dropped due to the severe weather conditions here in California but also in other states and now we are having this message that the account might be deactivated. Will Amazon take the weather issues, which are out of our seller hands into consideration or not, does anyone know.

I am a new seller and just shipped my first 4 orders.

2 Orders were delayed due to storm around July 30.

I read the guidelines on amazon and it says if weather is at fault they will not count that towards my OTDR?

Is there anyway I can submit it to be reviewed?

Good Morning,

Our premium shipping eligibility was revoked due to OTDR being too low. However, our handling times and shipping methods were as promised, and the only delays on our report indicate mis-sorts, mishandling by Fedex & UPS. We do not use Amazon buy shipping because of the variety of platforms in which we sell on. How can we be held responsible for carrier delays? I've submitted an appeal, outlining the reasoning for the delays and providing evidence that it is beyond our control. Yet our appeal was denied. Could anyone be of assistance?
