Seller support calls don't go through
Seller support calls are NOT going through. I'll click "call me now," and then the screen will show "dialing your number" and then "connected" - but no one has called me. My phone never rang. I literally cannot get connected to seller support via the phone. And then I'll get a maddening email saying "We tried to call you but we weren't able to connect" every time. NO ONE CALLED ME. AMAZON - PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM! I am not the only one suffering from this - you have a serious problem on your hands with phone calls in seller central!

Do you use that function often? It looks like amazon shadow bans people that use it to often. If you continue from there they remove the call option entirely from your dash board.

You have created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread hereregarding the same topic.
