Shipment Marked as Received and Closed, But Inventory is Missing from Inventory Ledger.

Hi,

1. We Shipped inventory on Feb/27/2024, (Shipment ID: FBA17RBK380D) to SWF2 - Hopewell Junction, NY.

2. It was delivered and closed in shipment summary section but when we check our inventory ledger nothing is showing their

3. We created two cases (14934422201,15385956901) for reimbursement or getting our inventory in stock, but there’s been no progress.

4. Most importantly Amazon has neither put our inventory in stock nor issued our reimbursement.

We feel Cheated & disappointed with how things turned out.

Dominic from Amazon here, unfortunately the final decision on this has been made. In the case 15385956901 this was communicated on 6/17/2024.
