Tracking now available on Shopify for Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders fulfilled by Amazon Logistics
If you use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), we're excited to announce that Shopify website orders delivered by Amazon Logistics are now trackable on Shopify.
Your customers will receive a track.amazon.com link in their Shopify order confirmation page that allows them to see up-to-date tracking information.
Amazon Logistics tracking information is also available on Swiship.

Amazon is not responsible for multi-channel fulfillment orders when customer complaint they did not receive the package , this multi-channel fulfillment orders is for AMAZON customers, AMAZON just refund to customer and count this in seller performance, don’t care who shipped the order (package), which is really really hard to understand, why?! I hope Amazon can face this problem squarely. Thanks.
