We have requested access to PII so that we can automatically process merchant fulfilled customer orders, but our application has been rejected twice. The first rejection notice only stated that our answer to Data usage 4.1. Question - Describe why you require Personally Identifiable Information to build your application or feature did "not meet the requirements set forth in the AUP - Acceptable Use Policy." Case ID: 16730031491
We revised the answer to Question 4.1 and resubmitted without making any other changes. Our second submission was rejected highlighting 5 new questions that "do not meet the requirements set forth in the Data Protection Policy." Asset Management 2.3, Data Retention 2.1, Logging and Monitoring 2.6, Secure Coding Practices 2.5, and Vulnerability Management 2.7. Case ID: 16770948021
We have reached out multiple times to Amazon Support via Phone and Chat, but they have been unable to provide us any additional information or clarity on what is missing. Can someone please offer some insight into how to overcome these blockers? We have used the below resources to ensure we are meeting amazon's standards and requirements. We have also referred to the developer docs.
