We have recently been deactivated due to breaches to "Customer Product Review Policies". We have fallen fowl here, however if so it was without malice or intent. I've tried to put a plan of action together for how we address, but these are being knocked back, normally inside of an hour of sending. I need some help and feel lost, out livelihood is under series threat. Can someone offer guidance? I feel we need to speak to someone who can explain how we step through this. Please help!
There is no way to "step through this". You acquired reviews by manipulation, the AI found it and your account got suspended. Amazon doesn't accept "I'm sorry", unfortunately. If you want a confirmation, copy and paste here their deactivation email.

Possible causes:
Someone you are associated with (family,friends,social networks...) purchased competitor products and left negative reviews AND/or purchased your products to leave positive reviews.
I have seen people post on their facebook page that they launched a new brand/item, asking people to check it out, because it's new and it's hard to start a new item.....
If someone left a negative review and you have contacted them about it and offered anything in exchange for them changing their review
If you worked with a shady 3rd party company, that has people buy your items for full refunds, but they need to leave a review (even if it doesn't spell out they must leave a positive review, they still know they get booted if they don't)
