Listing Blocked Live Insects - Already Selling Similar Product
Im not really sure what else to do here. I keep sending in support tickets regarding a product we are selling here on Amazon. We sell live insects for reptiles, Specifically Hornworms. I have a listing that was blocked ASIN B0C56LB2WK and they say "Our review has determined this product has been identified as a live organism, or a product that contains/includes a live organism, that is subject to regulation in the state of Oregon. Although permissible for listing on Amazon, such products cannot be sold into the state of Oregon based on state law and Amazon policy.
This decision is final, the ASIN [B0C56LB2WK, B0F6HPG5JN, B0C56RMRBG, B0D4G8Y6TB, B0C39J2HBX, B0937LL633] cannot be reinstated."
However, I am actively selling ASIN B0937LL633, B0C39J2HBX.
I am an FBM seller. I'm not sure what else to do because every time I send in a support ticket I keep getting this canned generic response and I keep asking for clarification as to why or how its possible that it can be blocked yet I am still selling a variant of this exact product. Im beyond frustrated here dealing with this.
If anyone has any suggestions or alternate communication channels with Amazon I would love to know. I have wasted so much time with back and forth trying to get some answer or clarification.

Those notices always frustrate me. Your ASINs are subject to a geographic restriction, permissible on Amazon, therefore can't be reinstated. The actual answer contradicts itself. For some reason, geographic restrictions can't be understood by the bots so it just takes the listings down like it is prohibited.
The bad news, you are going to spend a lot of time on this. The good news is, eventually you will get a person and they will see this and fix it.
Your ASIN's are most likely part of the variant family, so just appeal with any documentation you have proving exactly what it is you are selling (anything government related is a bonus), the images they are asking for, and show them where it is permitted. Send them back the screenshot where in their own words they say it is permitted, just a geographic restriction for Oregon.
They might then tell you you can't sell in Oregon, because apparently the bots and support both don't know sellers can't control where they sell - only Amazon. So it takes patience and back-and-forth but you can get these fixed.

Hello @Seller_WJa4KTPAqMcLL,
Thanks for your post. @Seller_iobipI6xASRkh shared some helpful insight. I can assist you with possible ASIN reinstatement for the US Amazon store, with a restriction only set in Oregon. However, I'll need a recent case ID from you, in order to proceed with my escalation on your behalf. Thanks!
Best,
Kris
