Shipment Missing units. (Shipment ID : FBA18BFCYMCY)

Hello Amazon Support Team.

1. I am writing this for an issue regarding our shipment to BFL2 (Shafter, CA), which was shipped on August 20, 2024 (Shipment ID: FBA18BFCYMCY).

1. Is this particular shipment we have sent the total of 3 Boxes contents 1563 Units, Out of 1563 unit Amazon only received 596 and the missing quantity is 967 units and the shipment got closed status.

2. It seems that Amazon has lost our remaining 2 boxes, we raised (Case ID : 16475199021) against this we have provided all the documents (POD, Invoices, & Packing list), Now the amazon has stopped responding on this from Oct/20/2024

3. Given the lack of response and the fact that the shipment appears to be lost, we urgently request reimbursement for the missing inventory.

We're aware of concerns regarding shipments to our BFL2 facility and are actively investigating. For specific shipment concerns, please provide Seller Support with carrier contact, tracking numbers, and Inbound Shipment Appointment (ISA) number.
