Our products were caught as water beads by Amazon and could not be sold on Amazon. We complained many times and failed, but the following is our point of view.

1. We have checked the Amazon's policy on water beads is not to sell water beads that are related to children or similar to toys, but our product is vase decoration and its purpose is only decoration. Our product copy, pictures and attributes do not involve the scope of prohibited sale, so according to the policy content, we judge that the product can continue to be sold on Amazon

2. We have checked that many sellers are selling such decorative water beads on Amazon. May I ask why other sellers who can sell our products cannot pass the audit? If it is banned, then the entire Amazon marketplace can not be sold? Or is there any place in our product that needs to be corrected? If it needs to be rectified, please give suggestions for modification.
