Im getting random adjustments from FedEx and UPS although my dimensions entered are the same as the carrier audited and they are outrageous and unreasonable amounts.

I sent out a DVD, that weighed 3 ounces. I received this reply from Amazon:

and have found that the dimensions and weight you have provided for this order was 3 oz = 0.1875 lb and the carrier audited dimensions and weight for this item is 37 lb. Kindly note that you were charged for the difference in the package, weight or dimensions.

Amazon has taken $100.51 from my account stating the carrier said my DVD weighed over 37 pounds. I did not send a load of bricks. I have appealed their decision 3 times, I get back the same reply saying I am out of luck. How can they do this? Can anyone at Amazon help me?

HI, I was wondering if someone from Amazon can help me. Apparently I didn't weigh my item properly even though I have sold around 100 of these stuffed animals and have never had a usps carrier adjustment. I weighed and measured this items properly and I receive an email about being charged $88.40 by usps because they weighed the item at 40lns which is totally and utterly impossible. This is a stuffed animal.
