Back when our brand was registered years ago we were told that our registered mark is an image and therefore our official worldwide brand name "L-style" was not accepted. Instead we had to register as "LSTYLE" now we have over 900 products listed under the brand "LSTYLE". Has there been any improvements to this process? Is it possible to correct the brand name for all products to "L-style"?

As a brand owner (with a brand registry -registered brand), what is an effective way for the Seller Central account to get elevated to the top position on content contribution rights for active offer listings; even above Retail contributions for listings that no longer have offers sold through Retail?

Amazon is becoming a place where sellers feel very comfortable manipulating reviews using facebook groups to source 5 star reviews. Examples with images below. @Topher_Amazon
These facebook groups tell the buyers
- what search terms to use when buying products, to drive BSR on the listing.
- what seller to buy the product from, Typically these sellers have higher price point than the featured offer, in order to maintain a high list price and show a discounted tag regardless of how long the product has been selling at a discount.
- Sometimes they tell customers to buy a specific SKU, which has a higher price point, regardless if there is no featured offer, in order to also sustain a high list price and show a discounted tag.
These purchases always have a "Verified purchase" because the customers are buying the product, but they get a refund via paypal after they leave a review.
When you report a violation using the "Report a Violation tool" Amazon gives the same answer: "For privacy reasons, we cannot share the results of our investigation with you." or "We reviewed your report and transferred it to the correct internal team... This case will show as closed on your account, but the new team will take necessary action as applicable."
My question is, shouldn't Amazon have more transparency in cases of violations report and share an update in order to give sellers confidence that Amazon is either not finding a violation, or there was a violation, and actions were taken?
Examples below
ASIN: B0FRFNKCHS. Complaint ID: 19018620561
Facebook Group offering product refund after review in exchange for 5-star review.

Listing has not used any vine reviews, yet a brand new listing has 34, 5-star reviews

Featured Offer Suppressed, yet many reviews are under the product with no buy box and at a higher price.

After the ASIN with suppressed featured offer is removed, reviews stay under the parent listing.

Seller_ZW7Y6GNPVpZRK
More examples of review manipulation, with reports being submitted but not response from account health, or seller support. Seller merged listings, removed the original listing, but the reviews stay under the parent listing
Original ASIN: B0FGXK4653 (search this ASIN and it will lead to the ASINs below).
New ASINs: B0FJY7FT19, B0FJYC2D8M, B0FJYB3KMT
Complaint ID: 18907539831
Seller tells customers to buy products from a specific seller, sends out a different, cheaper item (RGB LED STRIP) see packaging, but listing is selling a TV Backlight kit with camera.

I have a question for the brand registry team. I have tried several times to get approval to sell Miyuki products on AMZ. I only buy from an authorized Miyuki distributor in the US. I have documentation proving that I buy from them, and my store name and address on the invoices perfectly match my store name and address on Amazon.
My request keeps getting denied but for different reasons. The last one implied that I had manipulated the PDF files that I uploaded showing my purchases.
I know that a human with some common sense would be able to help me, but I cannot get past the AI filter.
What further documentation can I provide so that I can move forward? Thank you for having this forum and for giving me the opportunity to ask for help.

My company has a registered trademark. Brand Registry has rejected the registration of my registered trademark How is it possible that the U.S. Federal government recognizes and has provided a trademark registration, but amazon will not recognize my trademark?. I have provided the serial number of the registration. I can find no similar products on amazon.com or anywhere else in the market using the same or similar brand as my registered trademark.

Reported abuse via community-help@amazon.com, no response.
ASIN: B0FCMM712W
Seller: QTU Direct
This listing is engaging in multiple forms of review manipulation. The seller is offering free products in exchange for 5-star reviews and merging ASINs.
The listing sells a TV Backlight with a camera that syncs with screen colors, but several review photos show a simple RGB LED strip light without a camera, which is a different product. (Same product seen in the reviews of ASIN B0FGXK4653).
These reviews misrepresent the product being sold and mislead customers about the item’s features and value.
This activity violates Amazon’s Customer Reviews Policy and constitutes review manipulation and deceptive marketing.

And as always, proof of facebook groups offering purchase refund for 5-star review.

I previously applied for and received brand approval as part of the IP Accelerator program. My mark has now been fully approved and registered in the USPTO. Do I need to do anything to update my existing registration with Brand Registry now that my mark has received final approval?

Several months ago, when I posted an issue to the Brand Registry, it was answered within a few days. A couple months ago, it seems like my account was restricted in some way, as issues are no longer being answered. No response at all. Is there some reason why my issues are not being responded to?
Some of the issue numbers that have been ignored for months are: 18647118801,18647405651,18647434041,18646835561,18647056551,18652311451,18652256881,18652478591,18652838421,18652887611
I have tried everything I can think of to try to get someone, anyone, to look at these reports. I even sent paper mail to corporate. Brand Registry techs send me to regular help. Regular help sends me to Brand Registry. I can't seem to get actual human eyes on this no matter what I do.

Why so many miss branded listings and seller support is clueless on common sense fixes and if you can't fix why leave up miss branded items when aware is it because Amazon wants to deceive customers in hops of more returns which generate more transactions?
