So I received this:

To comply with the US INFORM Consumers Act, which goes into effect on June 27, 2023, Amazon needs to collect and verify information about your Selling on Amazon account, which may include your identity, business address, phone number, email address, bank account information, and tax identification number.

Currently, you have one or more verification action items pending. To prevent disruption to your disbursements or selling privileges, as required by the new law, please visit the Account Information page to provide the required information at your earliest convenience.

Seller Central told me to just wait it out for it to fix itself, as All of my information has been verified years ago and nothing has changed.

This does not ease my concerns, at all.

Same issue here. It says we are at risk, but we have no directions on HOW to respond to it.

All it says is to go to the Seller Account Information page, but that page shows no links, notices or buttons for what needs to be verified.

There is nothing to click on and no instructions or indication that any verifification is needed.

Our business address and phone number show as VERIFIED. Our Deposit Method and banking information shows as VERIFIED.

In fact, both of these were re-verified successfully just a few weeks ago.

I guess we wait it out and hope a bot doesn't close us down?

Nerve wracking.

We had similar issue today. I called Seller Support and they told me all the information had been provided. A couple hours after the "risk of deactivation" message wasn't showing up anymore. I recommend you create a case and ask for them to clarify what information is pending. Likely, you will get the same outcome I did.

I called and got a guy who was pretty good! He talked to someone in tech, who told him that my info is all up to date and fine. They said the banner would be taken down but now there are 2! I resubmitted my identity stuff yet again and have a receipt saying I'm all set, but the banners are still there.

It's a very bad look for Amazon to have these ridiculous glitches in their system when they are supposed to be a premier player in web services. One would think they could at least have a decent programmer take care of this...my son in law (sys admin programmer) said he could do it. It makes me wonder if my stock investment is a good idea.

This has just happened to me too, when I click on account health it looks like I still have submit everything again! 1-5 but if you click on the Account information (see cog top right) it shows progress but it can be not very clear.
