permission issue
I was granted permission by the account administrator, but I can't use the functions. I can't register products or contact sellers. Also, the display differs depending on the device I log in from, so it seems to be a technical issue.

You will need to have the primary user take a look at the user permissions again to make sure that they have you set up correctly. Unfortunately, there is nothing I will be able to do on my side here.
