Is Veeqo worth it for Amazon sellers?

I’m considering using Veeqo to manage my shipping and inventory. Can anyone share their experiences (pros and cons) and if it’s really worth it?

We use it, but the reality is that the primary benefit is the ability to get Bound Printed Matter for the items we sell on eBay. That saves us a significant amount of money, especially since most of it is not eligible for Media Mail.

There is supposedly a bit of a rebate, but it's not enough to really stand out as noticeable. But there is nothing negative about it that I can think of.

I use it for a couple of reasons. The first is that I can run my label purchases through a rewards credit card, so I get 1.5% of my shipping back as a reward. The other reason is so that I can purchase labels through Amazon's UPS and FedEx account through Veeqo and get their rates when it makes sense (and get the ability to use FedEx Ground Economy), and I link my UPS and FedEx account on Amazon so I can use my account through the Amazon platform when it makes sense. I get better rates sometimes and Amazon gets better rates sometimes. (Usually with heavier packages I get better rates, and for lighter packages Amazon gets better rates.)

Veeqo also offers a sign up bonus of 5% of your label purchases for the first 30 days or something like that which can add up to a bit if you ship a lot. That was nice while it lasted. Veeqo also allows you to manage inventory across multiple platforms which some might find useful.

AMAZON buy shipping protection and ODR protection is why we use it. Not sure why no one else has mentioned that. I wouldnt use it if it wasnt for that. Veeqo is constantly updating its process and it gets better all the time. I only use it for shipping. I should look into inventory mgmt. I have my UPS account and Fedex linked. Nice to toggle between them and see best rates. I dont find the amazon rates to ever win. However, I have a great UPS rep

We really like Veeqo. A little bit of a discount always helps, and they have excellent customer service.

we just started using it so far so good and don’t forget to add a credit card that give you the most points as they could accumulate quickly.

I use it for inventory management syncing inventory from Amazon FBA to other platforms. There are a few bugs but support is helpful and things are resolved.

One thing you have to be aware of with Veeqo is that, like with Buy Shipping, it doesn't remove canceled labels from the end of day scan sheets. As a consequence, the USPS will reject reimbursement requests because it looks like the parcel has been shipped.

I've been using it for about two weeks. The rates for us are the same as Buy Shipping on Amazon, but I can finally print Ground Saver labels which REALLY helps the bottom line. The onboarding was tough, but I have a designated Veeqo rep who was quite helpful. Our biggest difficulty was that they didn't extend a credit limit right away -- each individual label was being charged and my debit card had a limit of 20 transactions/day. My card kept shutting down! When I told them I needed a credit limit or I could no longer use them, they gave me a limit which has cleared up all the problems.

The software is not particularly intuitive, but you can sort by name or SKU which is very nice since we have about 400 different listings. Order merging is NOT good because you lose your ODTR protection.

We use Veeqo for Amazon and Ebay because it is easier. However, one of the problems we are running into, there is virtually no customer support for potential freight claims. We had an Ebay order that went through Veeqo via FedEx Ground Economy. The product was worth about $160 plus shipping. The product never got delivered and so we had to issue a full credit.

We then reached out to Veeqo and they basically said we had to figure it out, even though we did not buy the services directly from FedEx. After two months FedEx said they did their job and it was USPS that did not make the final delivery and we needed to contact USPS.

In the end, we had zero support from Veeqo and so we are out the full sale and the shipping. As a result, we will probably make changes and not use veeqo on Ebay orders.

That's my big concern, no support on lost packages and/or damages.

Warm wishes!
