I am running a sponsored product campaign several days. I don' remember exact number but I get plenty impressions but not much sell. But today it says it's delivering but there are 0 metrics, and impressions.
Is there something wrong with the ad campaign manager? I usually see metrics right away. Just want to be sure my ads are actually running as it's a good time of the year for us.
That happens from time to time. I believe it happens to everyone. I see it all the time on my page. Zero impressions.
There is a page that shows if the ad is delivering or not. But honestly just give it some time. If your product is new & different it will happen. If its products that have more then 10 sellers selling the same thing then you just have to be patient.
Try an Instagram ad, with a link to your Amazon pages, or try to be creative. Best of luck!
As a seller for over 10 years we hear ya...last week on Black Friday there was a general global strike on Amazon in which it is believed that about 100K people worldwide protested conditions and the demands on workers. I tend to believe there was some sabotage that took place just prior to the strike...I say that because for the week one day I had sales of $500, the next day $300, the following days $19 to $25 each day. As for impressions on the low days there were 0 impressions shown on Amazon yet, oddly enough there was a continued run of ads charging upwards of $30 to $50 a day. I've also noticed that there is a direct conflict between the App and the Seller Central website, what I see on the app is dramatically different than the website especially whe it comes to inventory and restock. I also notice that we will receive a sale or two by 9 am everyday and will not receive ANY further sales until after 4 or 5 pm...all the while the ad costs keep running up.
So, yes there is something wrong in campaign manager along with all the other pieces to Amz, the whole AI mess has screwed everything and everyone...it's hard to believe how poor their deployment actually was and is...
Just as @LivingADream says it's time to start trying other platforms...
