Resisting false and malicious reviews

On July 1, 2024, I received three 1-star reviews on the same day, citing the quality of our products, but none of these reviews are Verified Purchases.

On July 9, 2024, the system deleted one of these false negative of my product, but there are still two have not been deleted.

These fake negative reviews are so hateful, they discredit my good products and seriously affect the fairness of the market and cost us many orders.

Amazon is my only source of income, and originally things were looking up after this new product went live and there was hope for life again. But since these 1 star bad reviews came in. My orders, conversions plummeted downward. I don't dare to turn off the ads, and I've spent the ad money in vain for two days. I don't know what to do next. Any staff can help me?
