Hi All, my ASIN was recently attacked with three unverified 1-star reviews in a row, and I'm hoping someone out here may have guidance on how to handle this.

I have received three unverified 1-star reviews in a row, all on the same ASIN, all left within a period of two days, all from users with names that have never been customers of mine, and these unverified reviews on my products are the only reviews the users have left. Each review is eerily similar in text as well. One of the 1-star reviews even mentions a leading competitor claiming my product is the worst, and theirs is the best.

To me, the evidence points to these clearly being fake, malicious reviews left by users who are attacking my listing. I had a great 4.9 rating before these reviews, and was yet to receive a negative review. Now I'm scared everyday to wake up and see new unverified 1-star reviews being posted and nothing I can do to get Amazon to help protect my listing and business from these attackers. It's so messed up! I reported abuse on the reviews, and opened a case, and a Violation report, all to no avail. I'm really not sure how much more obvious this could be! One would think going through the effort of being a Brand Registered seller would help, but so far no. I haven't even had customers by these names before. I'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

In the past two days I have had two unverified 1 star Reviews from competitors! They have gone on and given lots of other products 1 star Reviews on the exact same day and it is the same products! How is this allowed. It's really affecting my business. Without these I was thriving

I have received over 10 fake negative reviews near Prime Day, with 4 of these reviews already being removed by Amazon. Those fake reviews suggest that these actions are likely from malicious competitors.

We take the below actions.

We report those fake reviews but no work.

We open a case (ID15678327841), but no help

We send an email to community-help, but still no work.

The reason why we think those reviews are fake:

1. They are from all new Amazon accounts with all negative reviews.

2. The shopping trajectories were highly similar. Besides, billing and delivery addresses were all in Canada and Singapore outside the United States.

3. The images from the review are all from current customer reviews.

4. Some review dates are earlier than the arrival dates

5. Some accounts leave several 1-star reviews in one day.
