Lost 96% featured offers Products

I am brand registered, the products I sell are all Under my brand which is gated and no one else sells under my ASINs, but I still Lost 96% of my featured offer products.

Account is in good health

All shipping labels purchased are OTR protected

Seller Support are a waste of time, every time I call I get a different reason why or just a generic answer on my support tickets.

Can anybody help ?
