- Requests to change delivery address
- Multiple identical orders across different accounts
- High-value orders without questions
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders with high value
What Happens Next:

There is never a response within 12 hours and each time we are forced to ship the order to avoid missing the SLA.
This happens 100% of the time.
We have reported several orders from buyers who have returned duplicate items on previous orders, but no action is taken to block the buyer or deny returns of duplicate items.
What is the point of implementing such processes for name sake?

I filed suspicious order and I received "Do Not Ship" mail hence I didn't ship and order got cancelled due to which my account health matric got impacted due to this I loose "Buybox" on all listing and facing huge sales loss..

Honestly, this whole "report suspicious order" feature feels pointless. We've reported dozens of such orders — not even once has it helped. 99% of those reported ended up being stolen anyway.
Just recently, we got hit again by a repeat offender — same buyer, same product, same scam. She placed three high-value orders last year and all stolen. Now again, she ordered the same items ₹24,000 item and pulled the same stun and stolen again.
