Did you know? If not, good news for metrics on October 1, 2018
This little piece of information popped up:
On October 1, 2018, we will replace this page with a more useful, detailed experience to better help you monitor your account health. We’re also removing the Customer Service Dissatisfaction Rate, Contact Response Time, and Refund Rate metrics to better align our seller performance policies with the metrics detailed on the Account Health page.
I would say the only one I would’ve suggested to keep is the Response Time. Since answering messages is vital.
Otherwise, luckily those other ones are disappearing.

I always knew this was a meaningless beta metric which is going to be removed soon. Some posters even claimed that it’s bad percentage leads to the loss of the BuyBox eligibility.
Hopefully they won’t implement any similar new beta metrics after this.

If they are taking it away, they could be combining them into some sort of new metric. If that is the case, I probably will not be a fan of this new hoop to jump through.
