Trademark Misuse Claim for “Orion” – But It’s Not in Our Listing
Hi sellers,
We’re dealing with a frustrating situation regarding Case #17891756321, and would really appreciate any insight.
Seller Support keeps telling us that we’ve misused the trademark “Orion.”
They say they have “evidence” of this violation, but:
We’ve never used the word Orion in any of our listings — not in the title, bullets, description, or backend keywords.
There’s no connection between our products and that trademark.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue — a false trademark violation claim with no evidence?
Is there a better way to get this escalated beyond frontline Seller Support?

I have some questions before I escalate to some internal teams. Do you have any proof online or documents that state that Hanmi Inc, or Wang Globalnet is the official Orion distribution partner?
