UPS lost the package - Customer leaves scam feedback

Hello,

UPS lost the package and we refunded the customer after being in contact with UPS on the customers behalf. UPS confirmed they lost it. afterwards, we get feedback from the customer saying we are a scam.

Can we get this feedback removed please, we did everything to seek a resolution from UPS on the customers behalf and refunded the customer.
