Read onlyAmazon is claiming that I shipped an order late. THEY received the order at 9:16 am, but the credit card was not authorized until 12:11 that afternoon. The order was finally pushed thought my shipping system at 12:30 pm that same day. I just shipped the order at 9:02 CST (next morning and less than 24 hours since it was placed).
I used Priority Mail, just to make sure the customer gets it on time, but how is this fair???
Why am I being penalized because Amazon took over 3 hours to authorize my customer's credit card?!

If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into this order to better determine why this may have happened. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed.
