I am writing to request the removal of a customer review that has been posted on one of my product listings. The review in question pertains to issues caused by Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service, namely slow delivery and product damage.
According to Amazon's review policies, reviews that primarily discuss fulfillment experiences or shipping delays fall under feedback, not product reviews, and are therefore eligible for removal.
Here are the details of the review:

Review Content: Arrived very late. All wrinkled and with the hanging broken.

Since the concerns raised in the review are directly related to FBA services and not the product itself, I kindly request that the review be removed.
I've tried submitting a report to resolve this issue but can't got a response back, so hopefully the Amazon team can help me with that.

Michelle at Amazon here. I see that @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC has provided you with some great information and as she stated, the review is not eligible for removal. I would ensure that you have your product protected further by adding additional cardboard around the product, then the plastic wrap to keep it in place. This will ensure that your product arrives to your customer exactly how your customer expects it.
