UPS Surepost unavailable on Amazon and Veeqo

we ship all our ecommerce orders in Veeqo. In Veeqo, we always ship with ground saver since it's the cheapest option, we use the Amazon rates. We recently opened an account with UPS and want to use our contracted rates in Veeqo.

When I connect my own UPS account in Veeqo, the ground saver shipping option changes to UPS Surepost. I've spoken to Veeqo about this, and they say that's just how their system works, when you connect your own UPS account, the Amazon rates go away and the ground saver option is replaced by surepost.

Surepost and ground saver are the exact same shipping option, just different names. In our Amazon account, UPS Surepost is an unavailable shipping method. Amazon is telling me that "our data may indicate that it doesn't consistently meet the delivery timelines promised to customers for your specific shipments or location. As a result, this option is not being offered through Buy Shipping"

I don't see how the delivery times can be different when it's the same service. I need to get the Surepost option activated so I can ship with my own UPS account in Veeqo at the cheapest rate.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Amazon, Veeqo, and UPS are no help. It seems like they need to be the ones talking and figuring this out.

USPS has been totally unavailable for me for about 6 or 7 days. They say it’s just me, can’t get it fixed.
