This happened to us. It took them weeks at a time to reply to our responses, and they kept asking for the same docs over and over. (Each reply would be a new person)
We got our listings back after 6 entire months and almost going out of business.
Ridiculous indeed. Took us 60 days (but actually 4-5 months depending on how you look at it) to get reinstated on one ASIN. Eventually, one well-documented case, with calling every few days seemed to help. Each time they told me they were escalating (when they told me that the last time I called). So who knows. Just awful service, unformed staff, etc all around but it eventually got done.
