My application for my brand has been locked for 90 day. I had a mistake on my EIN documentation when I first applied for brand registry but it has been fixed. I have been battling this rejection for almost 3 months and have gotten no real answer. I have attached documentation of my EIN number, my LLC articles of organization, my invoive and have attached my decleration with my supplier. I have tried to contact brand registry support and when they looked into my case the said the same thing "This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time of submitting the appeal form." Which I understand this was the reason for the rejection at first but have since supplied all the proper documentation to prove I am the owner of my business. My brand is going to be launching soon on amazon and this is going to really hurt my brand. Can someone please help me sort this out I feel like I dont know what else to do. Can somone please take a detailed look at all the documents I have supplied showing I am the owner. Or please tell me what I need to actually fix and not just the same generic response? Can I have the help of a supervisor please?
