I'm a new seller looking to sell a product. Whilst trying to get ungated using an invoice, I noticed one of the requirements was that the invoice needed to be 6+ months old (Dated on or before 7-Feb-2024 (within 180 days)). I'm wondering why I can't submit a new invoice. For example one that is a few days old. Everything is set up, I am able to buy and sell the product, it's just this requirement holding me back.

So I have been in this frustrating situation for a bit more than 2 years now.

2 years ago, I received a (false) IP complaint (by the author himself) about a used book, saying my book was counterfait but I could not prove I did not do any wrongdoings. I bought this used book at a thrift store bout since the invoice was only saying ''book'' instead of the book title, I did not have enough proof and the strike stuck for 6 months.

I immediately lost buy box during that time. Fast forward to today, I can get the buy box in various categories, but I did not get it back in the books category even though it says i'm eligible for it. I tried everying. I priced down all the remaining books I had to have the best price availaible, nothing changed. People can have the buy box with a book that's $20 more expensive than mine, new or used it doesn't matter.

Anyone had this experience before? This is frustrating because I liked selling books even though I pivoted to other niches now.

I kindly ask for support from your side. Our account is under review since beginning of January, when the Canada Post Strike ended and the customers started opening their AtoZ claims for non-received/too late delivered Christmas packages.

The account review is still running, we meanwhile submitted 3 account review statements, including our DHL/Fedex Express shipping proofs. The sum of the blocked payout is now in the 7-digit range, as we have not received any payment since mid-November. Can you please help to understand what the problem is with closing the account review? Our CA selling account is more than 10 years old with a continous, well-being account health (of course, except for the CA post strike situation in December and the effects in January).
