removal order error
hello amazon seller community and support,
i created a removal order for my product of 11 units. then it was under investagation and then canceled my removal order. then it said word for word "We have reviewed the removal order and found that the units requested were canceled because the units are stored in a fulfillment center and are ineligible for removal." what does this mean? and how do i get my products back

Greetings,
I have read about this a few times over the past year, apologies for the frustration it has caused. The error occurs when the inventory is at an FC that can't process removal orders, so it will need to be moved in order to process the removal. Attempt removal once the inventory has been moved, but reach out to me here if this issue persists.
