Read onlyI’m trying to list a product from the Japan marketplace on the US marketplace, but Amazon informed me that I need to create a new account (Japan) since the two marketplaces are not connected. However, I’m experiencing difficulties with this process. Even when I click the start button, I am unable to proceed with creating the Japan selling account.
Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this issue?

Have you tied from another device or browser? Also try to clear cache+cookies on your current one and try to expand to Japan from this link:https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/japan
