We have the problem when we creat the shipping proccess send to amazon, those product has send before and no problem at all. But this time one product is separated from others and we contact the seller help they said it all determined by system and he could do nothing about it and just tell me to creat later.

I check the policy of Pack groups and those mentioned factors are all the same as before. Dementions weight, the category and not dangerous goods. It will cost more shipping fee and make the shipping more compilicatied!!!

More weird thing is that those 2 groups have the same destination warehouse. Which make no sense at all!!! Somebody help or fix your " system"!!!
