Your account is at risk of deactivation because of INFORM Consumers Act

I have tried reaching seller support through cases, chats, phone calls, every time they tell me everything is ok and that I only need to wait. It's been 2 weeks since I keep getting threatened by Amazon that my account will be closed without actually telling me what to do about it.

CASE ID: 17202863761 and 17226884971 opened for more than a week with no further replies, called Amazon, everyone says not to worry and that it will fix itself. I am worried!

Please help me escalate this to someone who can actually check those documents I kept submitting and take off that message from my account.
