If you haven't successfully addressed the violation itself, it will remain on your Account Health Dashboard for 180 days. Deleting your listing didn't address the violation.
Did Amazon actually ask you for an appeal? And if so, did you submit one?
Even though you've deleted your listing, you still need to provide whatever Amazon is asking you for. I'm not quite clear on if you've done that from the wording in your post (and the single, run-on sentence).
Hello @Seller_hRfewsfDSf3oO
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues on the account. I understand that our team believes that there is a restricted ingredient within your product. To dispute, you would need to provide information showing the ingredients of the entire product. Furthermore, this information would need to be present in the images of the product detail page.
While I understand deleting the product, this does not guarantee the issue will be considered resolved nor does it remove the violation from the account health page. The recommendation provided by the specialist was likely in reference to the acknowledgement path, but again this is not guaranteed.
We would recommend completing a file upload to re-list the product with the correct information concerning the ingredients list. Once you have attempted this, we encourage you to share the information related to your attempt to dispute so we may review further.
Best,
Atlas
