Where to Submit a Plan of Action (PoA)
I received a product authenticity complaint and tried to appeal several times to no avail. Now I'm trying to submit a PoA but have NO idea where to submit the plan. Amazon support is...very unhelpful to say the least. I've opened several cases but they (support) keep giving me incomplete or inaccurate instructions. There's nowhere on the complaint to submit a PoA and my account health continues to crash while the violation remains on the account. Does anyone have a link to where an PoA can be submitted? Thank you.

Hello @Julius_Five,

According to your post, to remove this type of violations from your Account Health Dashboard, you'll need to present copies of your supplier's invoices or receipts. These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days. The invoice needs to include contact information for your supplier, name, phone number, address, and website. I would encourage you to read the invoice requirements more closely to better understand the topic.
There's nowhere on the complaint to submit a PoA and my account health continues to crash while the violation remains on the account.
I also advise checking the original enforcement notification sent when your listing was deactivated, and sending the documents and information requested at that time.
If you do not want to re-list the product, or you do not have the required documentation, in some instances you can choose the forgiveness path. Please note, sellers will not have the option to dispute the violation to reinstate the ASIN after forgiveness has been granted.
If forgiveness is granted, the complaint is immediately removed from your dashboard and points are granted back to your score. If the complaint remains in your account, it means the request was rejected, and you will now only be able to dispute it. If your dispute is unsuccessful, the ASIN will remain on your dashboard for 6 months.
I hope you find this information useful. Please continue to post any relevant information in relation to this topic, so it can be addressed at a later time.
Best regards,
Antonio
