Multiple return requests for the same item
Has an Amazon customer submitted duplicate returns for one or more of your products?
Typically, our system will recognize duplicate returns requests and will only allow one to process. Also, as a seller, you're only charged for the return label once the customer actually uses it to send the item back. Until that happens, there's no cost to you. So even if a customer submits multiple return requests for the same product, you won't be charged extra unless they follow through and return it.
If Amazon issues a refund to a buyer and you believe it was not your fault, you may file a claim for reimbursement via SAFE-T. Learn more about this process in this Help article.
Thank you,
Joey
