A customer messages us and said that Amazon gave them a 100% refund they never asked for. We messaged seller support multiple times, but they always just give us some canned response that ignores the fact that the *the customer* sent us a message saying they never asked for or wanted a refund.
Is there any way to get Seller Support to actually read the buyer's message to us and then act on it to get our money back? It's now been 3+ months and many messages have been exchanged with Seller Support.

Go ahead and provide me with both the order ID and the most recent seller support case ID for this issue. I'll take a closer look to see if I can figure out what is going on.
