Ungating request denied despite providing an invoice from an authorized wholesaler.
I have a legitimate wholesale invoice, and despite applying over 100 times and highlighting all the important details, I keep getting auto-denied by Amazon. It’s incredibly frustrating that Amazon doesn’t just provide a list of recognized wholesalers and distributors. I’ve tried everything—Amazon chat can’t help, the ungating process isn’t working, and I’m at a loss for what to do next. Who else can help in this situation?

@Seller_9yZl4zCTrNgEXHello!
Thank you for sharing your concern about the approval process. We understand your frustration and would like to provide some guidance.
The approval process for restricted categories is in place to maintain high product quality standards and protect our customers. While we cannot provide a specific list of approved wholesalers, here are some key points to consider:
Ensure your invoices meet all requirements:
- Must be dated within the last 180 days
- Must show your business name and address
- Must be from the manufacturer or authorized distributor
- Must include product details (UPC, quantity, etc.)
- Must be authentic commercial invoices (no retail receipts)
If you believe your documentation meets all requirements, and you're still experiencing issues, please contact Seller Support directly through your Seller Central account. They can review your specific case and provide personalized guidance.
For category-specific requirements, you can also review the detailed information in Seller Central Help pages under "Categories and Products Requiring Approval."
Note: For account-specific questions or to review particular documentation, please work directly with Seller Support rather than sharing details in the public forum.
