Review the Report a Violation items listed under your brand name to determine the listings effected … several are not cosmetics which is what USPTO shows your trade mark brand is for.

I assume then that you have both checked, and your products do not share the same UPC code? This is often at the heart of the problem with hijacked listings.

You present the brand as Deflectair™.
- The current USPTO registration for that name does not cover air deflectors for autos
- Have you filed with USPTO to have Deflectair™ under the Goods and Services that cover your items?
- Is the USPTO shown above for cosmetics you? (it may not be and that is ok)
- If you have filed with USPTO, are you in the Amazon Brand Registry?
- Have you listed items as Deflectair() and Deflectair(™)?
- Are all of your items DEFLECTAIR - Wind Deflector for various autos?
- How many items do you show in your Manage Inventory page for the DEFLECTAIR - Wind Deflectors?
- Are you aware that over 200 items appear on Amazon with your brand name? and most of those items are not DEFLECTAIR - Wind Deflectors? … and most of them are not the UPTSO Goods and Services of cosmetics.
