We are brand registered and sell only our branded products. There are no other sellers.
Our account is healthy, all metrics are in good standing.
We have not made any price changes.
None of our over 5000 ASINs are buy box eligible as of this morning.
I know how this works, a mod will come in here and tell me that someone will look into it but can't share results.
We've been dealing with a lot this year, from down sales to manufacturing issues, we've managed to stay afloat but it's been one thing after another. Just taking the buy box from us for no reason might be the straw that breaks the camels back. We really need this fixed and we're begging for some real, actual help from Amazon here.

I reached out to a "specialist" through the beta program this morning. Sueann was helpful but not able to correct the issue. She did escalate it to the partner team. The new case ID is 17468984441 .
While my metrics are currently healthy, I do worry that an extended time period of no buy box resulting in decreased sales could change that (for example, 1 negative review with 150 sales in 60 days is 0.6% ODR. 1 negative review with 99 sales in 60 days is over 1% ODR.

My on-time delivery rate is in excess of 95% (even though according to Amazon I ship over 2 days early on average)

Buy Box Removal stops sales by 95% and Amazon uses this weapon to harm sellers and force you to sell item lower price if you want sales and usually their data already knows what your cost is and how much you are making. It really makes you reconsider other marketplaces!
Many (most? all?) sellers lose Buy Box Eligibility on a regular or semi-regular basis.
Sometimes it appears to be for valid reasons. Other times it is based on nothingness.
When it happens to me (and to others, I would assume), it can last from a few days to several months.
You will drive yourself loony counting the days. My BBE on my perfectly-fine account went to "No" on February 1.
Do you think I'm counting?
