Hi,
We’re in a similar situation—it’s been 34 days since we submitted, and we’re still waiting. The general support team just keeps telling us to be patient, but we haven’t heard anything from the actual certification team yet. It seems like they might be overwhelmed with requests or short on staff in that department. Fingers crossed we get some news soon!
