INFORM CONSUMERS ACT - ACCOUNT AT RISK OF DEACTIVATION?

We have had a banner on our account for the past month stating that our account will now be deactivated in 9 days. BUT, when we click on the verification, it says that everything has already been verified and there is nothing outstanding left to do???

PLEASE HELP!!! WHAT DO WE DO?

Hello @Seller_8yeFPyotPinwC,

! We understand your concern about seeing the deactivation banner despite having completed the verification process.

Let's help clarify this by breaking down exactly what we need to check:

First, regarding your observation that "everything has already been verified and there is nothing outstanding," we need to ensure we're looking at the correct verification status. Could you please confirm:

  1. When you log into Seller Central, do you see a yellow banner at the top of your Account Health page? (Please make sure you check all marketplaces you sell by clicking on the white dropdown menu located on the right of the Amazon Seller Central logo.)
  2. Upon clicking "Resolve Issues," does the bottom of the new session display the "Visit the Identity Information page to complete verification" option?
  3. When following that link, does it show your verification as complete?

To help us investigate this discrepancy between the banner warning and your verification status, please:

  • Take a screenshot of both, the account health page and the verification status page.
  • Share any existing case ID if you've already contacted Seller Support about this issue. (This will allow us to communicate directly with the responsible about your specific issue.)

For further information about the identity verification process, please visit the page About the INFORM Consumers Act.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention through the Sellers Forum, our seller community and I are here to help you. Feel free to return with any additional questions or concerns.

Best,

-Roxy
