I had a shipment close today that has the contents doubled...it had 32 labeled items delivered in a 9 x 13 x19 box weighing 47 lbs. Common sense says that there is no way that this size box could hold 64 books, weighing in at 94 lbs. Yet this shipment is not eligible for investigation since Amazon claims to have already recounted everything. What??
I am 100% convinced now that Amazon does not recheck, investigate, or count anything. One look at this shipment information and a 5 year old would know it's off.
I am sure I will get a shipment performance email...even then Amazon never listens to me and always rejects my disputes.
What is a seller to do these days? This is absolute madness what is happening lately.
Anyone got suggestions?? (besides not shipping to FBA)

Same thing happened to us today. Not quite double, but significantly more than we're confident we sent in.
@Seller_RhdbLYBpzig4e and @Seller_4a0fT0P2nCPQq Are you still seeing the 'doubled' inventory counts in the recent shipments?
These overcounts are often an Amazon error and are corrected without any action needed by the seller. If they have not been corrected, please share a Case ID so I can request further information from our partner teams.
