Do you have a valid credit card on file (not a debit card)?

Hello @Seller_9JWd7f6wlB3tQ,
This can happen for a variety of reasons, let me ask a couple questions, and that may help with you figuring out what is needed:
- Is this a NEW account? If so, you may just need to complete some steps for the complete activation of your account.
- Is the Charge method you provided able to actually be charged the monthly fee? (if you are a professional account) - please review the credit card statements and verify.
- Have you tried to replace the Charge method with a different card?
- Have you received any Performance Notifications requesting anything?
And Yes - @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9has a valid suggestion. The charge method must be an actual credit card, have a verifiable address, not a post office box or virtual address
For an additional verification step:
- Select the Settings wheel, top right of your Seller Central page
- Open Account Info - You may see some information that will tell you if there is something missing in your account set up.
In the US, when creating an account, we have additional requirements due to the INFORM Consumers Act.
- It requires online retail marketplaces to collect data, verify already collected data from Sellers in U.S stores and make the third-party Seller details visible to the customers.
- Per the Act, Sellers are required to provide online marketplaces with information necessary to verify the identity of their legal representative of the business, the business address & phone number, the bank account information, and tax identity information.
- This is an annual verification process
If you are a NEW Seller you would have been asked for:
- Information about the business (business name, company registration number, registered business address, and business phone number)
- Information on the primary contact person identity
- A government-issued photo ID (Passport or driving license);
- A bank account or credit card statement - in the correct name of the person or business in the account
- A business license, (if applicable)
I realize this is a great deal of information and I hope it helps you in the reactivation of your account. If you have a performance notification or case ID, you could provide that for additional context, but sometimes if your account has limited access, you may not see those things.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
