Identity Verification Violation Issue - 1st April 2025
Hello,
My account was just verified and reactivated on 19th March 2025 after a thorough verification process. However, on 1st of April 2025, I received a new email for Period identity verification, which I completed on the very same day.
Though the verification process was supposed to be completed within 2 business days, we are still waiting for the response on our submission. Meanwhile, Amazon has deactivated our account on 4th of April due to this Identity verification. There is no option to appeal the decision as whenever we click on the Appeal button, this message appears "Your document and information are being analyzed and we may contact you by email for further clarification within 2 business days."
I have contacted Account Health support multiple times on this and still waiting for the response on investigation.

As you mentioned there has been a serious concern with a delay in reviewing your provided information. Since you mentioned providing these documents back on the 1st of April, but have yet to hear back on the situation. I reached out to the appropriate teams to look over the situation a bit further and provide guidance on the situation.
I have been informed that as of 4/10/25 the account was reinstated. You should have also received a performance notification educating on this action. Are you able to confirm if the situation is now resolved, or are you still seeing the same situation in your account, if so please follow up with additional screenshots.
