ASIN and Category Restricted Even Though I am Brand Owner

I recently listed my Pet Supplement under by own brand which is registered under brand registry and the listing was active and approved. A day later, the listing went inactive and now requires approval. When requesting approval, I just receive:
We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Pet Supplies category in Refurbished condition(s)
Other Pet Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Pet Supplies category in Collectible condition(s)
I can't even edit the listing even though the ASIN is live on Amazon. I spent an hour on the phone with support (who was very helpful) the case was escalated to the compliance team.
I was told the there are no restrictions on the listing, then another support team came back and said:
To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, certain products cannot be listed or sold on Amazon or may be subject to additional requirements because of supply chain authenticity risks.
Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors. If your account becomes eligible to sell this product, you will see "Apply to sell" next to the product in the "Add Products" feature in Seller Central.
Ultimately there are conflicting statements so am I restricted or not on 'Pet Ingestibles' and is there any fix to get unrestricted? We have all compliance documentation & certification from our manufacturer.

You are VERY unlucky. We see since about two months that new supplements are no longer accepted and also since 3-4 weeks that pet supplies are no longer accepted.
That's Amazon's decision and you can't do anything about it. Try to sell on other platforms.

samething happened to me . i found a guy from popular influencer website , idk its forbidden to share it but start w "F" , he relisted all products but idk how he did it, i guess creates child asins and it fixed my problem , reach me out if u still need help
